Due to the continued outbreak of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) that still requires monitoring, please be flexible in the fact that our Direct and Indirect suppliers may experience some delays in processing and shipping out their products. We will continue to do our best to accommodate any delays. Why register for shop.colordynetech.com? 

It’s free and easy to register. Being a registered customer will allow you 24-hour web access for product ordering, order status, product searches, current promotions, downloads and more. Registering and creating your personal account ensures you always receive your own customer-specific pricingand lets you view product promotions in addition to expediting your product orders. 

Shop.colordynetech.com is convenient and you can order on your time. You will also have added flexibility to view your purchase history and information whenever you please. 

How do I submit a tax-exempt form? 

You may submit a copy of your completed tax-exempt form by fax to [email protected] Tax-exempt forms by State may be available on your specific state’s site. 

Is my online order immediately available for discussion over the phone? 

Yes! Please feel free to give us a call during business hours at 262.784.1932 and we will be happy to assist you. If we are unavailable, contact us and we will respond to your request at the earliest convenience.

Can I order products from the Web site over the phone? 

Yes. We realize that some of our customers would prefer to order via the phone. We invite you to browse through our site and then call 262.784.1932 to place a phone order. Keep in mind web ordering is as fast, secure and convenient as ordering by phone but is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week allowing you to place your orders on your time schedule.

cannot find the product I am looking for. How can I search for it? 

We offer product search available by product number or description. If you need help looking through our current product assortment, use one of the methods to browse the  or use the search to enter the item number or a partial description. New products are added to the site as they become available, so please be sure to visit our web site often. 

What is the turnaround time and options for shipping? 

Our standard shipping time is 710 business days. Expedited production time is 2-3 business days. Rush services might be available depending on our production schedule. You will need to contact a customer service representative for more information on the costs involved with next day shipping 

What are your regular business hours? 

Shop.colordynetech.com can accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our regular business hours for processing orders and shipments are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Central Time (except holidays). 

Damaged Shipments 

Unfortunately, on occasion product may arrive at a customer location with damage that occurred during shipment. If there is any visible damage to the packaging, customers must note such damage in writing at the time they sign for a delivery. If the damage is excessive, as in leaking chemistry or ripped carton exposing the product, it is recommended that customers refuse the delivery and initiate a replacement order by phone. 

Noting the shipping damage at time of order delivery helps protect both our customers and Colordyne for claims against the carrier thus helping to keep both freight and product costs down.

What is my order status? 

You will receive an e-mail order confirmation verifying our receipt of your online order at shop.colordynetech.com.  

When you log in as a registered account holder, you can check status and track your shipments using the ‘Orders’ on your account page.

Can I make a return? 

All returns must be preauthorized. Please get in touch at [email protected] for all inquiries. 

I have placed orders with you before – how do I log in to my account? 

Please visit the my account page and follow the prompts asking you for some information to complete creating account. 

How do I create an account? 

Go to ourregistration page. You will need to fill in your account and, address information, as well as create a password. You will need to provide a few pieces of information to complete your registration.

Why can’t I see my previous orders on this site? 

You will not be able to see any orders that were placed with us prior to the eCommerce website launch. Only orders you have placed since we launched the website will be accessible on this system. Go to your account to see all your orders placed on this website. 

Can I reorder any of my previous orders from before this website launched 

Please visit our Contact Page, and get in touch to find your information on any previous orders you have made with Colordyne Technologies.
